Artwork and the Darwin Centre

I've started this guy for the Mall Galleries exhibition. Kind of unfinished. I may add vegetation later. I need to get frames for the pieces too, which is going to be "fun" as they are huge. This one is 18x24 inches. Click for a bigger version of the image.

Anyway, some news. The Darwin Centre will open soon, but before it opens to the general public, they are doing a staff friends and family tour on August 13th. The tours go on until 21:30pm.

I am allowed to take a maximum of 3 people in with me. You will see millions of insects and plant specimens on display in the "cocoon."

Any takers? I was thinking we could go for the tour that starts at 18:45pm.
