The industry goes up and down. Right now there seem to be a lot of openings for jobs, but I feel like I always fuck up my corresspondence with people.
If something goes wrong (i.e. my email being hacked etc.) I panic, and as such, the recipient gets a panicked email. Everytime I've done that i never hear from them again. They must think I'm a nutter.
Its made me really, really depressed, because I know I'm capable of doing good work, but my paranoia always fails me.
Hmm maybe like, write up a template letter on Word or something and when you want to make an application just use the template and enter details as necessary. It's boring but employers like boring when it comes to correspondence.
I haven't been in in a week, well, there was friday but just to hand in my dissertation, YAY!! Woo!! I'm not going in now til thursday, no point, that's when assessment feedback is, I might as well enjoy the last couple of days I have of feeling cheerful before they tell me I fail. College is for losers anyway.
:( i know how you feel. I know its easy to say it, but defintely try and get into college this week. Are there any sypathetic tutors you could talk to? or a student support place?
Oh I got your cheque on Saturday. I'll post your drawing off today. In fact, I better go do that now. I keep meaning to get off my lazy ass and leave the house.
